We were supposed to have a guest tonight, but those plans fell through! So, we put Megs in the producer’s chair & Kodak joined us on the couch this week. Since he missed it last week we thought this would be a perfect opportunity for us to re-visit the Batch Weekend playlist on Spotify. This list does not miss. One thing leads to another & we ended up agreeing on the fact that T-Pain is one of the best artists of our generation.
Next, we discuss the Bam Margera, Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Jeff Tremaine, and the drama surrounding the Jackass 4 film set to come out later this year. Also this week it was announced that Amazon purchased MGM studios. Their biggest ticket item, James Bond (007). We quickly found out though that Amazon will only have 50% of the say when it comes to the 007 franchise. Barbara Broccoli & her brother will have the final say in any James Bond decisions.
Who doesn’t love Guy Fieri? From his restaurants to charity work, and of course, who doesn’t love a good episode of Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives! It was announced this week that the Food Network signed another 3 year deal with the white-haired chef for $80 million dollars. This new deal makes Guy the top paid celebrity television chef.
After some rants and other random topics, we end on our first script read. Megs played the role of the narrator, while Justin read lines for Leonardo DiCaprio & Levi played Margot Robbie. Of course, the scene was the first time the two leads in the Wolf of Wallstreet had sex!
